    Selam Saleh,

You touched upon the most important social issues that exists in our society, i.e fighting on issues without enough knowledge and many other issues that need to be pronounced & spelled, if there is going to be a remedy. Here is a letter that appeared in the below cited book (tigrigna manual for foreigners). The letter appears as an example of letter writing. It contains some of the issues that you raised in this latest video as well as the proxy-war & the hammering of a brother with foreign arms etc… we have been discussing on this forum for some time.

      Hi HaileS,
Very true. Our allegiance as a people, has always been to causes that are perceived as ours. As a child I lived through similar situations during the last Israel -Arab wars. The tifozia was along religious lines. Eritreans were angry at each other because of wars that happened between the Arabs and Israelis. And the motivation was not based on justice, or even on basic right and wrong, but based in f some fanatic sentiments. Incidentally, my next portion is along the same lines.

      Thank you

        Selam Saleh & Hailat,

The Tifozonet that Saleh mentioned on the Israeli-Arab war reminds me when we were in high school on the 1967 war. The Muslims and Christians Eritreans were divided on the issue. Actually, we were teenagers who were not versed about the history and the politics of the region. Simply our positions was on religious bases not on the issue and cause of the war.

          Selam Amanuel H.,

I supported Israel, not for religious reasons, because they were the underdogs with an almost no chance of winning, one against many. I have no regrets.

            Ahlan Kaleab,

I have a question lost in you. Before sometime, I have asked you a question. Have ever seen a devil? I requested you to visit the nearest mirror and you will find him there. If that doesn’t work, today I propose for you to watch a photo of Tesfassein or his videos. I hope this will help you to make familiar with Satan.

            Selam Hameed,

Is this your best reply? You are a loser.

    Selam Saleh
    Very informative thank you
What are ” metew’e ” and imam in Islam.

    • Saleh Johar

Metou’e is what we know as wufouy, someone who serves the religion. Agelgali is the nearest translation. Imam is basically a leader. But now it is more associated with any one who leads a prayer, selat. Even two people praying should have an Imam, usually the household person or an elderly, or anyone who is pushed to the front to lead a prayer. It is a gesture of respect to ask someone to lead a prayer. A lot of push and resistance is seen in many groups when someone is asked to lead. It’s to accept to to lead a prayer in the presence of an elder or a notable person

        Thank you again Saleh
I remember we to run from Metew’e while my stay in Saudi specifically during salat time. They were more scary than police.
        Kind regards
